I walked into Woodland Shoes, Colaba on July 17, 2026. I was looking for a pair of anti skid, comfortable shoes for me, a senior citizen. I was trying on a pair, when painful cramps hit my left calf muscles.Without my having to say a word, Mr. Vinay Mallah simply knelt down, held my leg and did what was necessary to ease the pain. I have never experienced or seen such an act of kindness before. I then noticed that the entire team was focused on finding a pair of shoes which would suit me best, and they did! The best customer service experience ever! Congratulations on recruiting the best men for your store!
