I bought a pair a few months back, and it was perfect for both my office use and occasional wear. Every time I visited, the customer service was exceptional. The team takes care of any shoe damage quickly and handles repairs and delivery with great attention, even personally when needed. The manager and the entire team at Woods Shoes are excellent. I truly recommend them at Lulu Mall.
