I was attended by Girish at the woodlands store. I bought a jacket for my husband but was not sure of the size. He assured me that the product can be exchanged in case of size issues. Also that the product need not be exchanged in mangalore store itself but any woodlands store across India. Since I stay around 100 kms away from mangalore, I sent the jacket back in a bus for exchange. Not only did they exchange at the bus depot ... but also followed up to know if the fitting was fine 🙂 Very happy with the service 😀
